Cool, this is a neat compilation of some awesome albums, some of which I’ve never even heard of. I listen to all sorts of music, and while I typically prefer the gauzy kinds to be a filler while I work or write, I think I tend to fall back on lots of Stars Of The Lid, Hiroshi Yoshimura, or William Basinski. Usually if I’m in the mood for something new, I’ll poke around on Reddit until I find something that I’m unfamiliar with and that I like.

Thanks for sharing this, I’ll have to listen to these some more. I’m starting to question if you’re biased about Happy Birthday since your name is in the title of one of the tracks. Kidding, but that record has some of the warmest and fuzziest sounding songs that I’ve ever heard, while somehow managing to elicit the complete opposite. My God, I’ve never heard anything quite like it.
